Refund Policy

Refunds in the Event of Fraud

In the event that a Donor suspects a charity, Campaign, or Beneficiary is fraudulent, or their monetary Donation is being misused, the Donor may submit a claim to request a refund of any monetary Donation made via the Platform. FaithRaiser will review such claim and determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if misuse of funds has occurred. In the event that the monetary Donation in question is undisbursed to the charity/ Campaign/Beneficiary at the time the claim is submitted and FaithRaiser determines that fraud has occurred, a refund in the full amount of the Donation will be processed to the Donor. In the event the monetary Donation in question has been disbursed at the time the claim is submitted, FaithRaiser will investigate the allegation of potential fraud, but can make no guarantee of refund. Should a charity/Campaign/Beneficiary be found to be fraudulent, FaithRaiser has the right to immediately and permanently remove such charity/Campaign/Beneficiary from the Platform, and all Donations not yet distributed to such charity/Campaign/Beneficiary will be refunded to their respective Donors. This policy is not a warranty against fraud or any other misuse of the Platform.
