Let’s create a faithraiser together!  

1. Create an account and then select “Submit a faithraiser” 

2. You can then start your faithraiser by choosing which component you  would like to start with: Fundraiser, Volunteers, Supplies, or Events. Add as many componenets as your want. You must have at least one component to create a faithraiser. You will find these components labeled by tabs. Each tab will have a form you can fill out to start your faithraiser! Simply follow the instructions on each form.  

3. Finalize your campaign by selecting “Finalize faithraiser campaign” tab and follow instructions. 

4. Your faithraiser will be approved within 48 hours of submission.  

5. You will be notified by email when it is approved. 

6. Share your faithraiser with your friends and family. We highly suggest using social media to expand your reach.  

7. Start collecting support for your faithraiser. 

8. Receive funds, meet and utilize volunteers, gather supplies, and put on your event. 

Status of faithraiser: 

1. Pending: This means your faithraiser is waiting for review. Once our team reviews your submitted faithraiser we will approve or deny it. You will get a confirmation email of your status. 

2. Active: Your faithraiser has been approved and you are ready to start receiving support.  

3. Inactive / Disabled: faithraiser has paused your faithraiser. This can occur if you ask for your faithraiser to be paused, unusual activity is spotted, or fraud is reported.  

4. Complete: You have successfully completed your faithraiser! 

How can I make donation?

You can donate online.

How can I make a monthly donation?

By making a tax-deductible monthly donation of $5, $10, $15 or any amount, you can provide children with lifesaving vaccines and anti-malarial bednets, emergency relief following natural disasters and much more.

You can raise awareness for your faithraiser by sharing your pages link located on your faithraiser page. This can be emailed or put on social media via stories, post, or even in your Bio! Reach out to our team if you have any issues sharing your faithraiser.

Donations

Giving a Donation: You can give a donation through our online system. You can use a credit card or debit card to donate directly to your selected faithraiser. * You can sign up to give a recurring donation for ongoing support to your favorite organization or faithraiser.

Disbursement of Funds: When you are ready to collect your funds raised, you are able to go to your account page and request the funds you desire. You can request all of them or just a portion. Our team will approve the disbursement within 24 hours of the request. You should then receive the funds in your account within 1-3 business days. * If you did not request the full amount, you can request funds again or your remaining funds will be released at the end of your faithraiser.

 

Volunteers

Volunteering: Select the faithraiser you would like to volunteer for by searching for it under “All faithraiser” or the “Volunteer” section of our website.

 Once on the faithraiser Campaign select “Volunteer.” Fill out the commitment form to the best of your ability and hit submit. You will get a confirmation email about your commitment. This email will also contain any essential information you will need to volunteer. If the individual or organization needs to communicate any further needs they will email you directly.

Receiving Volunteers: When someone volunteers for your needs, you will receive an email notification. The site will automatically log that a volunteer has signed up and send out a confirmation email with volunteer information. If further communication needs to happen, please directly email the individual.

 

Supplies

Sending Supplies: Select the faithraiser you would like to give supplies to by searching for it under “All faithraisers” or “Supplies” section of our website.

Once on the faithraiser Campaign select “Supplies.” Fill out the commitment form to the best of your ability and hit submit. You will get a confirmation email about your commitment. This email will also contain any essential information you will need to drop off or send your supplies.

Receiving Supplies: When someone sends supplies for your faithraiser, you will receive an email notification. The site will automatically log that a supply has been accounted for and a confirmation email will be sent out to the donor. The donor will receive detailed information on where to send or drop off their supplies. If further communication needs to happen, please directly email the individual.

Does it cost to use faithraiser? 

We want you to keep as much of your donations as possible! That is why we have kept our site FREE to use. The only thing deducted from your raised donations is a processing fee. That fee is 2.9% plus .30 cent per transaction. We do accept site support donations. These donations help us run this awesome platform. 

Is my donation tax deductible?  

When donating to individuals, you are typically giving a gift that is not tax-deductible. There are circumstances where this might not be the case. We suggest you talk to your tax professional to gain clarity on your donation. You will receive a donation receipt regardless.  

When donating to a charity using faithraiser, you will receive a donation receipt from us. It will be the responsibility of the charity to send you a contribution statement at the end of the year for tax purposes. You will be able to contact them directly and utilize your donation receipt if you don’t automatically receive a contribution statement from them.

Crowdfunding allows you to raise support for a need or cause by receiving help from many people through several smaller donations. In our case this also translates into volunteer help from the community, collecting supplies from many different individuals, and gathering people to events to rally them around your cause. 

Our mission is to provide a platform and community that brings a variety of resources and awareness to those in need through the generosity and actions of others. We are here to see needs met!
